The Heart Behind the Hook

Hey there! I’m Wendy, the heart and hands behind Cactus Flower Crochet. Growing up in California as a 70’s kid, I’ve now found my cozy corner deep in the heart of Far West Texas. The desert has been my home for most of my adult life, and I’m absolutely in love with cacti and all things retro and vintage. You'll see this love woven into every crochet pattern I create.

I started my crochet journey back in 2010, teaching myself the craft so I could join my cousin’s crochet ministry, Knit Together by Love. Now, I’m busy dreaming up and sharing my own original designs, inspired by the vibrant beauty of the desert and the nostalgic charm of retro styles.
